A condensing drum flaker is a specialized industrial machine used in stearic acid flakes making equipment to convert molten stearic acid into solid flakes by rapidly cooling it on the surface of a rotating drum. The molten stearic acid is applied to the drum, which is cooled internally by a condensing medium, typically water. As the drum rotates, the stearic acid solidifies and forms a thin layer, which is then scraped off to create uniform flakes. This process is commonly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries for efficient and controlled solidification of products like stearic acid.
The condensation flaker efficiently converts heated fluids into solid flakes using a cooling roller and adjustable knife blade, offering improved product quality, stability, and ease of operation, with customizable flake specifications.
With internal spraying cooling, there is no accumulated water in the drum, and the flaker is featured by good cooling effect, uniform flaking, and non-blocking spraying design.
