Soap Mixers

As the starting point of the production line, the mixer is responsible for thoroughly mixing the oils, lye, water, fragrances and other additives to form a homogeneous saponification mixture. Plow Blade Mixer

(sometimes referred to as a plow mixer): This equipment plays a key role in further refining the soap body or adding special ingredients. The rotation and cutting of the plow blade ensures that all ingredients are well mixed to meet the precise requirements of the product formulation.

Roller Mill

After mixing, the mixture enters the roller mill for preliminary molding and refinement. The multiple roller pressure design of the roller mill can effectively eliminate air bubbles in the mixture, make the soap body more delicate and firm, and improve product quality.
