The hotel soap making machine operates by continuously feeding raw materials into a mixer, where they are thoroughly blended to form a homogenous soap mass. This mass is then processed through a plodder and extruder to shape it into a continuous bar. The continuous bar is then cut into individual pieces by the cutting machine, stamped with the desired design, and cooled on a conveyor before being packaged.
